Crafty Advent Online Competition - Terms and Conditions

 

Eligibility:

 

The Crafty Advent Online Competition ("Competition") is open to participants aged 18 and over.

Participants must provide a valid email address to enter.

 

How to Enter:

To enter the Competition, participants must visit the website bramblefox.co.uk/lovesurprises and sign up by providing a valid email address.

Only one entry per participant is allowed.

Competition Period:

 

The Competition begins on 18th September 2023 and closes on 9th October 2023, at 23:59 GMT ("Closing Date").

Winner Selection:

 

The winner will be chosen at random from the pool of eligible entries.

The winner will be announced via email and on Bramble Fox's official social media channels on or before 11th October 2023.

 

Prize:

The winner will receive one Bramble Fox Advent Calendar.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.

Notification of Winner:

The winner will be notified via email.

If the winner does not respond to the notification email within 3 days, a new winner may be selected.

Publicity:

By entering the Competition, participants grant Bramble Fox Limited the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes, including on social media and the Bramble Fox website.

Data Protection:

 

Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and will not be shared with third parties.

General Terms:

 

Bramble Fox Limited reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the Competition if necessary.

Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
