Winter | Rebecca Meadows

Morning Foxy Friends, Rebecca here with my second Bramble Fox DT layout for this month using the wonderful 'Winter' perspextive and trees from the January Fox Box.

For this layout I have used Pink Fresh - Simply The Best collection.

I wanted to keep this layout quite simple so I began by covering 3/4 of my layout with the mustard coloured paper. I distressed the edge then tucked in a strip of blue and distressed that too then for texture, I added some grey pom pom trim.

I used my sewing machine to add a couple of lines of stitching to both secure my papers and as a visual look.

I only wanted three clusters on my page and I knew that my photo was going to be one of those clusters so I started with that first.

I used a circle die to cut out my photo and I used a scalloped circle die to cut a photo mat.

Next I added the 'Winter' perspextive from the Fox Box.

I used mini alpha stickers to extend the title to read... A Winter Walk

I used a small coral coloured piece of ephemera to the left of my photo to match in with my Aunts hat colour in the photo and placed enamel dots and chipboard flair.

I started working on the top cluster next adding the tag, more circle embellishments and the adorable little tree from the Fox Box.

The bottom cluster has the second tree from the Fox Box. This is the larger of the two. I adhered it over the chipboard circle, so added small pieces of double sided foam strips to help secure it in place.

Finally I wrote a couple of lines of journaling and doodled around the outer edge of the layout with a journaling pen.
