Weekend Sheenanigans Scrapbook Layout - Wendy Meffan

This layout shows how versatile using a stencil can be. Do you love a stencilled background! Wendy has used stencil #89 Dash It. Wendy has used multiple photos on this layout to document a fun day out in Australia. She used Vicki Boutin Discover and Create Colllection.

Wendy used the Vicki Boutin Discover and Create Collection and fussy cut a large number of flowers for the layout. She used coordinating distress oxide colours to the flowers to create a stencil background using Stencil #089 Dash It. To make the dashes less dense for the back ground she placed some tape over a few of the dash lines creating space between them. She then machine sewed across the layout for a bit of extra dimension.

Paper Snips #054 is part of the April Fox Box Plus and Wendy has used some of the rainbows and tucked them in behind the photos and embellishments.

Wendy also used the Doodles stamp set #5 to further embellish the background of the layout. This worked very well using black ink.

Finally to finish off the layout she added the gorgeous Weekend Shenanigans from the April Fox Box over the floral embellishment cluster.

This perspextive was such a great title for such an exciting day we had at the Races.
