Warm & Cosy | Jena Leach

Hey Bramble Fox friends! It’s Jena here and today I’m sharing a layout I created based on the December challenge, organised by Cheryl, focusing on sparkle! The challenge requires you to include at least 3 sparkly elements on your project and must of course include a Bramble Fox product too.

I was really excited when I first saw what the challenge would be - I have a lot of love for sequins and sparkly things, so this was right up my street! For my layout I’ve used last year’s Christmas collection from Cocoa Vanilla Studio, named Merry & Bright.

I fussy cut a bunch of florals from my favourite paper in the collection, called Joy to the World. Once I chose my photo and a few embellishments, I started adhering the florals to the left-hand side of the machine stitched circle to create a wreath.

I added some stencilled leaves which I created using Fox Cut 23 and a distress oxide ink in the shade bundled sage.

I pulled out the ‘warm & cozy’ perspextive which came in my November Fox Box as well as the red ‘Christmas candy’ perspextives.

Once adhered, I came in with my sparkly elements. I added black sequins to the centres of some of my florals and scattered some iridescent sequins, mini pearls and gems around the florals too.
