Sweet Smile

Julie Taylor

Hi Foxy friends, Julie back with you again today.

Do you ever stamp on your layouts? I love using my stamps & pairing them together with stencils to create my own individual backgrounds, it gives your layout a unique look & can be customised to suit your subject.

I started this layout by adding some pastel inked circles using Fox Cut #30, I love the irregular shape of these circles & great for adding a subtle background. I then went over it, using the same colours of oxide inks, adding words & heart images to build a patterned column.

I built my photo cluster, adding tabs, tags, tickets & flowers & once I knew the size of it I sewed a messy stitched border in the centre of the cardstock for my cluster to sit in.

I drew the eye back over to the stamping by adding my title over it & onto my photos. I've used the gorgeous Smile perspextive, out the March Fox Box, which is a great matt grey colour & teamed it with thickers out my stash.

I've added another small cluster, down the bottom left & added one of the lovely XO's to tie in with my stamping.

Thanks for joining me today & I hope I have given you some inspiration to get stamping on your layouts,

until next time,
