Summer Adventure Scrapbook Layout for documenting your travels - - Wendy Meffan

Here is my travel layout for August using a real mixture of products from the Travel Collection , Days Out Collection and paper Snips #031 and #034. I am using Vicki Boutin's Where to next Collection.

As soon as I saw this paper in the Vicki Boutin Collection it was a favourite. I cut out the clouds and the plane from the main paper and then roughed the torn edges. I stuck the clouds back onto a piece of white card stock and then added the remaining paper over the top putting sticky fixers under the torn edges to raise them. I then raised the plane too.

I chose to use my boarding pass and airline luggage label along with some ephemera from the Where to Now collection and arranged them around my photo. I added the Summer Adventure perspextive from the Let's Go Everywhere set and also cut the Time to Travel from the paper Snips #031, along with a Mini Travel Icon Geo Tag perspextive.

I fussy cut some clouds from the Paper Snips #034 and added them above the boarding pass and a mini Plane perspextive again from the mini travel icons. i added waxed string to the tags.

At the top of the layout i used the carte postal ephemera from the paper Collection and made a cluster using the Here and There perspextive with another fussy cut cloud and an older GeoTag perspextive.
