Remember today! - Wendy Meffan

Hi Everyone! It's Wendy here again and I'm sharing my final layout for May using part of the May FoxBox perspextives along with some of the new Tabs and Bookplate perspextives. The Remember Today perspextive can also be purchased independently in the bramblefox shop in the SnapShot pack. The Tab and Bookplate collection also comes in three different colour ways. I loved the vibrant colour of the Remember Today perspextive and I had just been to a gorgeous bluebell wood where the colours were so beautiful which I knew would be perfect photos alongside this perspextive.

I used the 49 and Market Spectrum Sherbet Collection and picked out all the green elements from the different ephemera packs .

Initially I started with white card stock and added some mixed media using distress oxides. I then used some of the Rub Ons from the collection for the background.

I positioned my two photos and then placed my Remember This perspextive on the page, I distressed all the edges of each piece of ephemera I decided to use and started positioning them on the page.

I then placed the tab perspextive at the top of the photos, having added a Rub On element at the top of the page. I found a small circular ephemera piece saying All the Good Times and then added an older butterfly perpspextive from my stash over it.

I was very happy with how the layout turned out as sometimes bright colours can be harder to use but they worked out perfectly amongst all the greens.
