Picnic in the Park Scrapbook Layout | Julie Taylor

We have some great perspextives. in store, to document every summer memory & who doesn't love a picnic in the park!!! This cute set comes with the title piece, an adorable wooden basket, fruit to add to it, kite & the cutest little ladybug!!!

I started this layout by adding some inked 'grass' to some white cardstock & fussy cutting it out so I could use it as ephemera. I've used Stencil #74 Grass which at the moment is only available in the days out collection, but I'm sure it'll be in the store very soon.

I made 2 paper matts, adding various ephemera & put my title on the upper left one & photo on the bottom right one.

I inked a sunburst through stencil #19 thin sunburst near the top & stitched some thread for added texture.

The wooden picnic basket fitted perfectly in a blank space on the photo & I filled it with the perspextive fruit.

The perspextive kite & fussy cut clouds from paper snips #34 added to the whimsy feel of this page & another memory down & not forgotten about.
