Photo Op ! - Wendy Meffan
Hi Foxy friends! This month I've used the Photo Op perspextive and four word arrow perspextives from the June Fox box. I have used Maggie Holmes Garden Party Collection which has become one of my favourite collections.
I just love pink and blue and the two floral papers in the Garden Party collection were perfect to coordinate with the blue and pink perspextives so I fussy cut lots of flowers from both papers in the collection. As my daughter was wearing a black dress the black bow paper was a perfect combination. I decided to add a bit of pleated crepe paper and sew down the edge of it.
I matted my photo and then played around with the positions of the perspextives.
I chose to add the arrow word perspextives above and below the photo.
I then felt a diagonal line was forming accross the page so added the Photo Op perspextive at the top. I then added all the fussy cut flowers under the perspextives . taking another look I decided I would like some soft mixed media to compliment the colour so photographed the layout and removed everything from it and used distress oxides to create the pastel background.
Then I fussy cut some cakes from another paper and added them as embellishments to the floral clusters around the perspextives.
I added the Photo op perspextive at the top and then fussy cut some tiny bows and dotted them around the layout. Finally I added a few stickers from the sticker book and sticker sheet to complete the layout.
I hope you can take some inspiration from this layout in how to use the perspextives and place your own layouts on the bramble fox friends face book page. It is always lovely to see what you create.
