Merry Christmas | Debbi Tehrani

Happy New Year! Debbi here. Raise your hand if you've still got loads of Christmas photos to scrap! I know I do, and thankfully, Bramble Fox has got you covered with so many gorgeous Christmas products. I created this layout for a friend using some Perspextives as well as a beautiful Fox Cut stencil.

Please note that I scrap 8 x 8, so products look a bit larger on my pages.

I started out my layout with white cardstock and added snowflakes to the background using Fox Cut #26 stencil and some stamp ink applied with a blending brush. I love the texture they have because of the canvas finished cardstock.

In addition to the Bramble Fox products, I used the November Hip Kit to create my page. Once I got my background stenciled, I stitched a thick and thin strip of patterned paper to the sides, along with a scalloped border, and then arranged my photos and embellishments. The Snowflake Perspextives were perfect for adding beauty and dimension to my embellishment clusters. I used the white snowflakes for my page, but the pack comes with two other colors, a gorgeous mirror-finished blue, and a lovely frosted glacier aqua color.

The snowflakes not only come in different colors but different shapes. I also added some Nuvo drops to the embellishment clusters, for another texture and a little shine.

I always add hearts to my pages that I give away. I added a shiny silver puffy heart to one of the frames to match the silver foiling on the die cuts.

Finally, I added a little cluster in the top right of my page to balance out my layout, again using a Snowflake Perspextive and some stenciling with Fox Cut #26 to echo the left side of my page.
