Make Great Memories | Rebecca Meadows

Morning and thank you for stopping by to read about my layout.

For this layout, I decided to challenge myself to only using Bramble Fox products.

The Bramble Fox range is quite extensive now and with the paper snips having bits for fussycutting, it is now easier than ever to create amazing layouts.

I began this layout by using stencil #23 and Tim Holtz ink, Shabby shutters. I inked the leaves and laid out flowers fussycut from Snips #27.

It was at this point that I decided to add brickwork to the background so I made a mask by drawing through the leaf stencil and cutting out the leaves to cover up what I had already inked good onto the background. (See picture below).

The brickwork is stencil #49 and I used Tim Holtz Lost Shadow adding some of the brickwork darker in places than others, particularly where I planned for the title to go.

I used a 1 inch punch to punch out three circles from Snips #27 and added epoxy stickers from the shop to create flair.

Snips #27 is in the June Fox Box plus, it's fantastic.

I backed the photo of my daughter onto black card stock to help lift it away from the background. I stuck this down and added fussycut flowers around in line with the inked leaves.

I also used some of the fussycut flowers to create a small cluster towards the bottom of the page to help with balance.

Next, I used die #3 to cut a small piece of note paper which I added to the left side of my layout. This is part of my third cluster and also has epoxy flair and a fussycut butterfly.

Finally, I backed my layout onto black cardstock and added hearts from the special edition set.

Please take a look at the new shop items and for inspiration and info on what's coming soon, join Bramble Fox Friends on Facebook.

Thank you for reading.

Rebecca xx
