Magical Season - Scrapbook Layout - Wendy Meffan.

The latest December Fox Box perspextives are available now and are perfect for documenting those Christmas photos from last year that missed boat. I am scrapbooking pictures of a wonderful night with my daughter seeing the Christmas lights and wandering around Covent Garden. It's always exciting to see what the theme will be each year in the Apple Market. The beautiful bells and sleigh didn't disappoint and we took some gorgeous photos. The Magical Season perspextive from the December Fox Box summed up the moment. I have also used a few Paper Snips #067 and Bows and Candy Canes Collection.

Amazingly I found a piece of scrapbook paper with Jingle Bells on it and knew this was the perfect background for my photos! I trimmed it down and added a red border. I used this to pick out the red in my photos. I used Cocoa Vanilla Studio Merry and Bright Collection. I matted the three photos on a large piece of green paper from the collection and then matted them again on a red paper.

I fussy cut lots of flowers from the collection and created three floral clusters. Over the top of the photos having added the floral cluster, I added the Magical season perspextive, a candy cane and gold heart perspextive.

To the left of the photos in the floral cluster I added a couple more candy cane perspextives and an older gold Christmas bauble perspextive. I added string to the bauble and stapled it to the layout.

To the lower right I added another cluster and used one of the gorgeous bow perspextives which was perfectly coordinated to the over head bows in the Apple Market. I also added the word phrase Deck the Halls from the Paper Snips.

Finally I added Ready to Sparkle from the Paper Snips as a tab and used gold paint to add splatters across the layout.
