Love: Be My Valentine | Debbi Tehrani
Have you seen the February Fox Box? So delightful and perfect for Valentine's Day which will be her soon, but it's not just for Valentine's, as the titles and embellishments are all very versatile! I chose to use the Fox Box for these sweet pictures of my friend and her daughter in matching Valentine pajama's. Please note that I scrap 8 x 8, so the products will look a bit larger on my layouts.
I used the new Heart Eyes collection from Simple Stories, as it has a fun vibe that I was going for, and the colors were a perfect match for the Fox Box Perspextives. I used a fringe heart cut file from Paper Issues and also used one of their sketches as inspiration for my layout.
Here's the sketch I used. I replaced the circle with a heart.
The curly cursive font of the title Perspextive is so beautiful and has a wonderful playfulness about it. After cutting out and assembling the cut file in varying shades of pink, I used the offset tool on my Silhouette to make two slightly larger hearts to make the heart stand out. Before stitching it to the page, I used the Fox Cut Stencil #52| Kisses to make some sweet x's on the background using Spun Sugar Distress Ink and a blending brush. The heart Perspextives were also a part of the February Fox Box.
In place of the flowers on the sketch, I added embellishment clusters using stickers and brads from the Heart Eyes Collection.
I used adhesive foam to give some dimension to some of the stickers and outlined some of the stickers with a fine line pen to add definition.
I finished off my layout with this sweet tag Perspextive from the February Fox Box, adding some baker's twine and a heart charm from my stash.
This Fox Box is just gorgeous, and of course if you get the Fox Box Plus, you'll get a beautiful stencil and the most adorable Paper Snips.
