Hoi An - Vietnam - Wendy Meffan

Hi Everyone! It's Wendy here and I'm sharing a layout using the July Fox Box and Paper Snips #30. I have used the Summer disc perspextive along with the Sunglasses and Word Phrase perspextives. I fussy cut various elements from the Paper Snips including the umbrella, shorts and bikini and a tab, a tag and some word phrases.

I used the Bramblefox acrylic circles to make a large circle life belt and created the layout inside it. I added waxed string in four places and then strung further string through it, I attached the Summer disc perspextive to this.

I put a piece of vellum as backing inside the ring and raised it on sticky fixtures to give some dimension to the layout. I then placed my two photos fairly centrally inside the ring and then embellished around them using the fussy cut elements from the paper Snips #30.

I added the perspextive word phrases above each of the photos.

I used gold thicker to place a title under the circle ring . Finally I added a few torn strips vertically down the left side of the layout as I felt the circle was slightly too small on the page by itself, so I shifted it all over to the right slightly.

I hope you will feel inspired to use your Paper Snips as they really do make great embellishments! I haven't used any other embellishments for this layout!
