Hello Paperlovers!

Happy New Year to you all! And of course the best wishes...

Welcome to Bramble Fox blog Today. It's Josefine here showing you a new 12x12 scrapbook layout.

I choose te golden title from the January Fox Box for this romantic New Years layout! " Hello 2021"

This title fits so well with the beautiful collections of "Crate Paper" that I had to used these.

I start stamping my background. I stamp with a clear stamp that looks like a stain with the distress Oxide

" Victorian Velvet" and make different stain prints on the white cardstock. I mix some distress oxide with some water and with my brush I make splashes.

I let the distress oxide dry by air and with a golden metal thread I make a circle and attach it with a few stitches on the white cardstock. I used a flower cutfile from Cut to You as ephemera on my layout.

On top of the cutfile I build two flowers from the design paper. (see example picture)

I also punch out some petals and turn them into flowers. I put these next to the folded flowers and the 3D circles that I made with a 1 inch punch.

I decorate the page with golden butterflies, word strips, beads, wood veneer frame, golden perspextives stars and the blue perspextives clock, die-cuts, and tags.

On the top of this layout I used a black brad. With black embroidery thread I make a connection with the golden metal circle on both sides. At the top I placed a little tag with the word strip "Dreams" I make some splashes with white gesso, black en golden acrylic ink using my brush.
