Happy! - Wendy Meffan

Hi Everyone and Happy New Year! I'm kicking off 2023 using my final perspextive from the January Foxbox before the release of all the latest new products this week. The 'Happy' perspextive was perfect for my photo of myself enjoying a girly night out with my daughter.

I used the November 2021 Hip Kit Club kit predominantly for my layout as the colours co ordinated so well to the gorgeous pink perspextive. I gutted a piece of 12x12 paper to use as a border and cut down the white card stock, then i distressed the card stock edges and attached it to the border. I matted my photo and placed it centrally on the page. I then positioned the 'Happy' perspextive to the top right and tucked a wreath embellishment behind it, from here I started to build up the layout. To the right of the photo I made a shaker window using a chipboard frame, I then added the fox embellishment and the Christmas tree.

I then punched a selection of circles using different papers and arranged them to the left of the photo. I embellished them with punched stars and chipboard baubles.

To finish the layout off I used added Pinkfresh Studio Clear Drops and used a fine black liner to edge around the white card stock.

I love the simplicity of my layout and was challenged by only using a single perspextive on it which was unusual for me.
