Favourite Day by Wendy Meffan

Hi Foxy friends! I'm back on the blog sharing these gorgeous gold Perspextives from the October Foxbox, The favourite day is the perfect title for so many occasions. I am using Pinkfresh Studio The Best Days Collection, the lovely blue colours in this leant themselves to my photo perfectly.

I used the 12x12 Love You Always paper and gutted the circle from it and fussy cut around the flowers on the bottom right of the circle, I then distressed the edges of the circle. I used a white sheet of 12x12 cardstock and made a mixed media background which would sit in the circle aperture. Then I raised the circle edge on sticky fixers and attached the cardstock around the edge.

I was then able to tuck my 6x4 photo under the floral arrangement at the bottom right. I added a few extra pieces of ephemera to make a bigger cluster.

Then I made two more clusters of flowers from the floral ephemera and arranged them around the circle edges .

I then added the gorgeous Favourite Day perspextive as my title over the photo by the top cluster of flowers.

There was also another gold leafy perspextive in the foxbox which I placed in the third cluster.

I added a few journal words, some enamel dots and finished off with some white paint splatters.

I love how this layout turned out overall and found the colour of the perspextives perfect for this Pink fresh Collection.
