Co-Ordinating Colour scrapbook Layout -Wendy Meffan
As well as using all my gorgeous Bramblefox products I am also trying to use up my paper collections too and I found that 49 and Market Painted Foundations Prism 12x12 paper offered the perfect background for this layout.
I am using the November Fox Box Great Friends perspextive, along with the Paper Snips #043 Tags. I also used the Fox Die #15 Florals. I added some rubon transfers from the paper collection to the background before adding anything to the layout!
I fussy cut all the tags from the tags from Paper Snips #043 tags, I then used the floral die and cut sets of flowers in the pink , yellow and teal colours of the paper using paper from the 49 and Market Collection. I positioned the photo just slightly off centre to the right as the colours worked well with the background.
I pulled some of the ephemera film strip and border edges from the collection and a couple of the green tags from the Paper Snips and arranged them to the right of the photo. I positioned the perspextive over the tops and tucked in the flowers I had cut with the die.
I moved to the left side of the photo and added a yellow set of tags and florals, followed by a pink collection.
This layout didn't need any further embellishments or mixed media as it was full of texture and colour already.
I hope you will feel inspired to use your Perspextives, Dies and Paper Snips as they are fully comprehensive on a layout without much else.
