Autumn is Here! Scrapbook Layout - Wendy Meffan

It's the end of September which means Autumn is just around the corner! The perfect time to document those gorgeous Autumn colours. I have combined the Autumn and Lovely Leaves perspextives titles from the October Fox Box on this layout. I have also incorporated the stencil and Paper Snips from the Fox Box plus this month.

Initially I started using stencil #107 and used distress oxides to stencil the leaves. I then fussy cut them to use on the layout. I'm in a phase of using more than three photos on a layout so created a band of photos across the page. I matted them on a patterned paper from October 2023 Hip Kit. I then tore another darker paper from the kit to add a contrast to the layout. I layered this under the photos and rolled the edges of the paper.

I tucked the stencilled leaves leaves above and below the photos at either end of the strip for balance.

I fussy cut Paper Snips #63 and added some of the leaves and word phrases around the Autumn perspextive, along with some of the cute mini leaf perspextives.

I added the Lovely Leaves perspextive over the lower leaves and again embellished with leaf perspextives, Paper Snips leaves and word phrases.

I thought the squirrel on the Paper Snips was too cute to leave behind so added him at the top right of the photo strip! and used more leaves from the Hip kit and a leaf perspextive to create a third small cluster.

The products in the October Fox box are just perfect for all those gorgeous Autumn photos and the colours are so beautiful.
