All That Jazz! Scrapbook Layout - Wendy Meffan

The latest December perspextive All That Jazz is the perfect title for a trip to New Orleans. I have just come back from the most amazing trip to New Orleans with the Bramble Fox team to meet some of the American design team members. Such a great experience and privilege to meet the American part of the team. Hence I have hundreds of photos to document and now there is a whole selection of Jazz perspextives and New Orleans Titles over in the shop. Surprise! Surprise!

New Orleans has quite a vintage feel to it so I decided to use a slightly cream based colour on the layout. I trimmed my card stock to 11.5 "x 11.5" and added a kraft border. I then used the Brick Wall Stencil #49 with distress oxides to create a light back ground. I had some very old sheet music and used a piece over the top of the stencilling as another background for the photos.

I started layering up the layout using 49 and Market Colour Swatch Teal Collection.

I had so many photos to document I created a block of 8 photos and added them over the layering.

At the top of the photos I positioned the All That Jazz perspextive creating a great title for the layout. I also added a few musical note perspextives to further embellish.

To the lower right side of the layout I used some black Alphabet Soup letters from Doodlebug Designs, Along side them I used the gorgeous Trumpet musician perspextive.

To balance the layout on the left side added another perspextive musician and saxaphone. These perspextives are so perfect for any Jazz related concert or musical event!
