SYDNEY HARBOUR

Hi there Foxy friends! It's mid July and I'm on the blog again sharing a travel LO using the "Let's Go" perspextive and a few older mini perspextives. I love to travel and then documenting on travel LO so this perspextive was perfect. I was lucky enough to sneak a holiday in in January this year before Lockdown was even a thing!

We stayed on the 25th Floor of a Sydney hotel and the view was breathtaking over the harbour and I was desperate to scrap my photos of it. When my fox box arrived I knew immediately which perspextive I would be using for this photo!

I wanted the photo to stand out on my LO so decided against any other patterned papers and went on to create my own embellishments. I went through my stamps and found some very old travel ones which I had forgotten about and some new floral ones as well.

Firstly I stamped a travel background in light teal around the photo and then added the main perspextive 'Let's Go'. I wanted to keep this dominant on the LO so just added minimal embellishments around it so it would still stand out. I then added two small heart perspextives.

I inked the postage stamps in teal to match the water in the photo and also all the flowers. I inked the luggage tags in a lighter teal colour. I then water coloured all the tags and flowers picking the colours from the photo.

I added the globe perspextive with a heart in it as it portrays a love of travelling around the world to me and Sydney harbour is probably my most favourite place ever!

I decided to add small clusters around the corners of the photo as it was so large and then added mini perspextives into each one. I added a charm of the opera house over the top of this mini luggage tag perspextive.

I used the yellow sun perspextive behind the luggage tags as this photo was taken early morning as the sun was rising

I am very pleased with how this turned out and enjoyed putting it all together and bringing back such wonderful memories to me of my trip when looking at the photo.

I hope you feel inspired to create beautiful things with these gorgeous perspextives and I look foward to seeing them our bramble fox page on FB.

Don't forget to check out the shop for all the latest goodies.

Till next time, Happy Scrapping!
