Take three girls!

Hi there foxy friends!

It was so good to finally be able see our eldest who lives with two friends in London. They are very lucky to have a garden and we were able to enjoy a delicious lunch outside whilst socially distancing before we took our dachshund puppy for a walk in the local park . I wanted to make a layout to celebrate the day and I've used a selection of perspextives........

I do like a grid layout as it's an opportunity to create small blocks of interest, perfect for highlighting perspextives, journalling, photos and embellishment clusters.

My photo of the three girls takes centre stage and I have tucked the rainbow from the Rainbow Hope set under the pic. You'll notice I've only used three of the four arcs.

I've used papers from the Bloom Street collection by Paige Evans for Pink Paislee and having cut words from one of the sheets I machine stitched through them to hold them in place. The two arrows are from the Simple Arrows set to draw attention to the two groupings. The arrows are available in other colour ways too. You'll see I've made a sequin shaker heart for one of my blocks.

I've created a cluster using the little house from the June Fox Box.

I chose not to tie off the ends of my machine stitching as I like the threads showing but you may prefer to be a bit neater than me!

Hopefully as lockdown restrictions are lifted and gradually relaxed we can all look forward to happier times and to creating lots of summer memories to scrapbook!

I'll be back next month with more projects, until then Stay Safe &

Happy Scrapping
