Make Great Memories

Have you seen the August Fox Box?? It was one of my favourite so far & had so many possibilities. It was mainly a travel themed pack but I saw the Make Great Memories as a crafting title, as that's what we do, right? Make Great Memories with this art of creating scrapbook layouts, memories for years to come & to look back upon.

I started this layout with a sheet of white cardstock & added texture paste & oxide inks, in lots of colours, down the middle section & added some black stamping.

I die cut the numbers on my silhouette & coloured them using oxide inks, blending the colours together, & did an offset cut for the black outline & added that down the centre. My purpose of this was to state 9 different reasons for scrapbooking which I wrote, using stamps ( I have TOO many!!) on black outlined labels & added them to each number. I then set about embellishing the page using all manner of craft related ephemera.

I added my photo at the bottom, it's of a stack of layouts to file away!!! & put the perspextive on top of the photo. A few fussy cut hearts & some heart perspextives finished the page.
